Outside of Therapy
I can provide personalized somatic education for you, based on how your nervous system is functioning right now, and impacting you. I am a certified somatic coach for women, and this is a service separate from clinical therapy.
Another option outside outside of clinical therapy is somatic womb reiki. This is is combination of focused Reiki on womb-related experiences or loss of creativity, and somatic experiencing.
I can provide these services if I'm not already working with you as your therapist. I cannot switch back and forth between providing therapy and providing coaching or reiki services. I do have excellent referral sources if that's helpful.
