Somatic Touch Therapy is not a spa treatment, or physical adjustment.
This is sacred, body-based work designed to support deep healing from within.
In our sessions together, I offer Somatic Touch Therapy to support your nervous system as it unwinds from patterns of fight, flight, and freeze.
This work is non-invasive, gentle and deeply respectful of your body’s pace.
It’s trauma-informed and always guided by consent.
If you choose to have somatic touch therapy, you are fully clothed,
laying on a massage table or seated in a chair.
As we work together, your system may begin to settle into new rhythms. Sometimes this feels soothing; other times, it can feel unfamiliar or even a little unsettling—because your body is learning that safety is possible.
I’ll be right there with you, offering grounded, nurturing support as your body responds and potentially shifts out of survival and into greater ease, with very simple and light contact.
This isn't a quick process, and we both learn how your body is responding and what it needs to support its natural healing.
Together we are supporting safe conditions for your own body's healing to naturally emerge.
Please know: the first session is always talk-based.
There is no touch in the initial appointment.
