I can provide personalized somatic education for you, based on how your nervous system is functioning right now, and impacting you.
Another option outside outside of clinical therapy is somatic womb reiki. This is is combination of focused Reiki on womb-related experiences or loss of creativity, and somatic experiencing.
I can provide these services if I'm not already working with you as your therapist. I cannot switch back and forth between providing therapy and educational/reiki sessions. I do have excellent referral sources if that's helpful.
Outside of therapy, the goal will not be trauma resolution, but rather supporting inner harmony, intuition, and the flow of your creative life energy.
Womb Reiki is a specialized form of Reiki that supports feeling connected to your creative center instead of numb, and supports a boost in your creative life energy.
