Services that are outside of therapy
Outside of Therapy
I can provide personalized somatic education for you, based on how your nervous system is functioning right now, and impacting you. I am a certified somatic coach for women, and this is a service separate from clinical therapy.
Another option outside outside of clinical therapy is somatic womb reiki. This is is combination of focused Reiki on womb-related experiences or loss of creativity, and somatic experiencing.
I also provide Holistic Women's Circle Events seasonally, supporting women's relationship with their cyclical nature and womb center, regardless of whether she has a uterus or not.
I can provide these services if I'm not already working with you as your therapist. I cannot switch back and forth between providing therapy and coaching or reiki services. I do have excellent referral sources if that's helpful.
Outside of therapy, the goal will not be trauma resolution, but rather supporting inner harmony, intuition, and the flow of your creative life energy.
