Somatic Attunement sessions support peace and balance through practices for your body-mind-spirit connection and nervous system regulation.
Somatic Attunement sessions support
personalized somatic practices
for you.
We may also support your mind-body-spirit connection
by working with sensation and symbols in a sand tray
or through co-regulating touch.
Embody a path to inner harmony.

Victoria uses the lens of Somatic Experiencing® for these services.
Somatic Attunement sessions are educational and experiential; they are not psychotherapy.

Psychotherapy:
We are intentionally working with either a traumatic event from the past, or your sense that "something happened" without a memory of it. We are always working in the present moment, using what is coming up in your body in the here and now, not "then and there" to support healing.
We use the practices in Somatic Attunement sessions, as an important foundation towards resolving chronic stuck states. In therapy we keep going further, taking more time with the more difficult states to explore somatic resolve. Therapy usually requires more sessions to support you in the safest, most gentle way possible for deep and lasting change.
Somatic Attunement Sessions:
We are working on the lighter side.
We are supporting your body to find calm and peace by learning practices to shift from automatic fight or flight or freeze responses, as much as is possible moment to moment.
For example you can have one single session and likely find some benefit.
In either case I'm not healing you, I'm supporting the conditions that allow for your natural restoration of life energy flow and embodied connection.
